“ Este lugar es una joyita no tan conocida de esta zona. Pues mayormente se habla de Canchaque en líneas generales y sus puntos conocidos para vistar, mas no para degustar pues en el centro de Canchaque, se encontrará de todo menos comida típica y agradable. No obstante, Palambla resulta el plato de entrada para lo que viene después. El aire fresco mientras degustas de buena comida, el sonido de la lluvia o la vista reducida a la plaza local; resultan el plus más agradable para sentarse a reposar. La comida que preparan es exquisita, típica como debería ser en todos esos restaurantes "conocidos", además se pueden adquirir productos como cocteles de algarrobina, queso, pan de la zona y algún souvenir llamativo. En el caso de los quesos, no recomiendo comprarlos en establecimientos así, pues no son artesanales, además los mantienen congelados por obvias razones y se llevarán una decepcionante sorpresa al llegar a sus hogares y querer degustarlos. Mi recomendación es que se hagan de ello en las tiendas pequeñas donde suele venderse café e incluso así, no es malo preguntar cuándo se elaboró o cómo se ha conservado, si les dicen que estuvo refrigerado entonces será una mala compra. Volviendo a la reseña del lugar, lo único que no destaca con el contraste que es la buena comida y ambiente, es precisamente la atención. En tres oportunidades fui atendido por la misma señorita y lamentablemente en cada una de ellas su atención fue pésima. Fuera de ello, es un lugar muy recomendado para quienes gusten de disfrutar buena comida y a precio accesible. ”
